   - `.bindTimeoutSeconds` was moved as part of plugin args for `VolumeBinding`,
     which can be configured separately per profile.
   - `.extenders` are updated to satisfy API standards. In particular:
     - `.extenders` decoding is case sensitive. All fields are affected.
