### API Change

- A new alpha-level field, `SupportsFsGroup`, has been introduced for CSIDrivers to allow them to specify whether they support volume ownership and permission modifications. The `CSIVolumeSupportFSGroup` feature gate must be enabled to allow this field to be used.
