* GPU
    * Support for NVIDIA GPUs with compute capability 8.9 (e.g. L4 & L40) has been added to TF binary distributions (Python wheels).

- Fixed a regression which prevented pods with `docker/default` seccomp annotations from being created in 1.19 if a PodSecurityPolicy was in place which did not allow `runtime/default` seccomp profiles. This change is because having the standard optional dependencies installed by default was being inconvenient to several users, and having to install instead `fastapi-slim` was not being a feasible solution.
