        dataset to a single element using a user-provided reduce function.
    *   New `tf.data.Dataset.window()` API allows users to create finite windows
        of input dataset; when combined with the `tf.data.Dataset.reduce()` API,
        this allows users to implement customized batching.

kube-controller manager now use SO_REUSEPORT socket option when listening on address defined by --bind-address and --secure-port flags, when running on Unix systems (Windows is NOT supported). This allows to run multiple instances of those processes on a single host with the same configuration, which allows to update/restart them in a graceful way, without causing downtime. This PR allows setting the (mostly new) parameters (additionally to the already existing parameters):

* `default_response_class`: updated to handle defaults in `APIRouter` and `FastAPI`.
* `deprecated`: to mark all the *path operations* in a router as deprecated in OpenAPI.
* `include_in_schema`: to allow disabling all the *path operations* from showing in the OpenAPI schema.
