```

By setting the `reverse` kwarg to `True`, the cumsum is performed in the
opposite direction:

```python
tf.cumsum([a, b, c], reverse=True)  # => [a + b + c, b + c, c]
```

This is more efficient than using separate `tf.reverse` ops.
