have resulted in an error. When this happens, a noop is returned and the input tensors are marked non-feedable. In other words, if they are used as keys in `feed_dict` argument to `session.run()`, an error will be raised. Also, because some assert ops don't make it into the graph, the graph structure changes. A different graph can result in different per-op random

Tensor values. * `tf.fill` creates an Op in the computation graph that constructs the actual Tensor value at runtime. This is in contrast to `tf.constant` which embeds the entire Tensor into the graph with a `Const` node. * Because `tf.fill` evaluates at graph runtime, it supports dynamic shapes based on other runtime Tensors, unlike `tf.constant`. }];

contention, etc. The handler is not called if the container crashes or exits. The Pod's termination grace period countdown begins before the PreStop hook is executed. Regardless of the outcome of the handler, the container will eventually terminate within the Pod's termination grace period (unless delayed by finalizers). Other management of the container blocks until the hook completes or until the termination grace period is reached. More info: https://kubernetes.io/docs/concepts/containers/container-lif...

CHANGELOG/CHANGELOG-1.19.md
From: [@mikedanese](https://github.com/mikedanese): Instead of aliasing. Aliases are annoying in a number of ways. This is specifically bugging me now because they make the action graph harder to analyze programmatically. By using aliases here, we would need to handle potentially aliased go_binary targets and dereference to the effective target.
