regression that was introduced in OkHttp 3.14.5. ## Version 3.14.5 _2020-01-03_ * Fix: Degrade HTTP/2 connections after a timeout. When an HTTP/2 stream times out it may impact the stream only or the entire connection. With this fix OkHttp will now send HTTP/2 pings after a stream timeout to determine whether the connection should remain eligible for pooling. ## Version 3.14.4

* higher value than you need can waste space and time, and a significantly lower value can lead * to thread contention. But overestimates and underestimates within an order of magnitude do not * usually have much noticeable impact. A value of one permits only one thread to modify the cache * at a time, but since read operations and cache loading computations can proceed concurrently, * this still yields higher concurrency than full synchronization.
