- DisableAvailabilitySetNodes is added to avoid VM list for VMSS clusters. It should only be used when vmType is "vmss" and all the nodes (including control plane nodes) are VMSS virtual machines. - Kubelet could be run with no Azure identity without subscriptionId configured now.
