Every type that is a member of the type set of an interface implements that interface.
Any given type may implement several distinct interfaces.
For instance, all types implement the <i>empty interface</i> which stands for the set

rapidly, sometimes the same device was allocated twice for different ResourceClaims due races between data processing in different goroutines.   Plugins **have to** implement a QueueingHint for Pod/Update event if the rejection from them could be resolved by updating unscheduled Pods themselves.
