Slice expressions construct a substring or slice from a string, array, pointer
to array, or slice operand.
There are two variants: a simple form that specifies a low
and high bound, and a full form that also specifies a bound on the capacity.

If the operand type is a <a href="#Type_parameter_declarations">type parameter</a>,
unless its type set contains string types,

- If the user specifies an invalid timeout in the request URL, the request will be aborted with an HTTP 400.

#### New API fields:

dropin, a structured configuration file for the kubelet is used, and is expected to be present in `/var/lib/kubelet/config.yaml`. For runtime-detected, instance-specific configuration values, a environment file with dynamically-generated flags at `kubeadm init` or `kubeadm join` run time is used. - kube-apiserver: a new `--requestheader-uid-headers` flag allows configuring request header authentication to obtain the authenticating user's UID from the specified headers. The suggested value for the new option is `X-Remote-Uid`.
