  * The `ephemeral-storage` resource includes all the disk space a container might consume with container overlay or scratch.

- Kubeadm: make sure the etcd static pod startup probe uses /health?serializable=false while the liveness probe uses /health?serializable=true&exclude=NOSPACE.
