### SIG-ibmcloud

As a newly created SIG, the SIG-ibmcloud has mainly focused on SIG set up, sharing IBM Clouds ongoing Kubernetes work like scalability tests, Kubernetes upgrade strategy etc. with the SIG members and start working on processes to move cloud provider code to a public GitHub repo.

  * OOM parser uses kmsg

* Sharing a PID namespace between containers in a pod is disabled by default in version 1.8. To enable for a node, use the `--docker-disable-shared-pid=false` kubelet flag. Be aware that PID namespace sharing requires Docker version greater than or equal to 1.13.1.

* Fix issues related to the eviction manager.

Assigning to an element of a <code>nil</code> map causes a
<a href="#Run_time_panics">run-time panic</a>.

installation, upgrade and configuration even more robust has been a major focus for this cycle for SIG Cluster Lifecycle (see the May 6, 2019 [Community Update](https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1QUOsQxfEfHlMq4lPjlK2ewQHsr9peEKymDw5_XwZm8Q/edit?usp=sharing)). Bug fixes across bare metal tooling and production-ready user stories, such as the high availability use cases have been given priority for 1.15.
