### API Change

- '`kube-apiserver`: adds `--authentication-config` flag for reading `AuthenticationConfiguration`
  files. `--authentication-config` flag is mutually exclusive with the existing `--oidc-*`

  - kube-apiserver v1.32.0 - v1.32.5
  - kube-apiserver v1.33.0 - v1.33.1

**Fixed Versions**:
  - kube-apiserver v1.32.6
  - kube-apiserver v1.33.2

This vulnerability was reported by amitschendel.

- The underlying format of the `CPUManager` state file has changed. Upgrades should be seamless, but any third-party tools that rely on reading the previous format need to be updated.   - `apiserver_authentication_config_controller_last_config_info` metric after successfully loading the authentication configuration file.
  - `apiserver_authorization_config_controller_last_config_info` metric after successfully loading the authorization configuration file.

  phase (Succeeded or Failed, depending on the exit statuses of the pod containers) to pods which
  are deleted while running.
  
  This fixes the issue for jobs using pod failure policy (with JobPodFailurePolicy and PodDisruptionConditions 
  feature gates enabled) that their pods could get stuck in the pending phase when deleted.
  

- Since golang 1.17 both net.ParseIP and net.ParseCIDR rejects leading zeros in the dot-decimal notation of IPv4 addresses,
  Kubernetes will keep allowing leading zeros on IPv4 address to not break the compatibility.
  IMPORTANT: Kubernetes interprets leading zeros on IPv4 addresses as decimal, users must not rely on parser alignment to not being impacted by the associated security advisory:
