A security vulnerability has been discovered in Kubernetes windows nodes
that could allow a user with the ability to query a node's '/logs' endpoint
to execute arbitrary commands on the host.

* CRI now defines mounting behavior. If the host path doesn't exist, the runtime should return an error. If the host path is a symlink, the runtime should follow the symlink and mount the real destination to the container.
