* StatefulSet: The deprecated `pod.alpha.kubernetes.io/initialized` annotation for interrupting the StatefulSet Pod management is now ignored. StatefulSets with this annotation set to `true` or with no value will behave just as they did in previous versions. Dormant StatefulSets with the annotation set to `false` will become active after upgrading.

### Controller Manager

* kube-controller-manager has dropped support for the `--insecure-experimental-approve-all-kubelet-csrs-for-group` flag. It is accepted in 1.7, but ignored. * The Sysctls experimental feature has been promoted to beta (enabled by default via the `Sysctls` feature flag). PodSecurityPolicy and Pod objects now have fields for specifying and controlling sysctls. Alpha sysctl annotations will be ignored by 1.11+ kubelets. All alpha sysctl annotations in existing deployments must be converted to API fields to be effective. ### Deprecation

    * annotation is service.beta.kubernetes.io/azure-load-balancer-internal-subnet and its
    * value is the subnet name (not the subnet ARM ID).  If omitted, the default is the
    * master subnet.  It is ignored if the service is not on Azure, if the type is not
    * LoadBalancer, or if the load balancer is not internal.
