- `kubectl run` has removed the previously deprecated generators, along with flags unrelated to creating pods. `kubectl run` now only creates pods. See specific `kubectl create` subcommands to create objects other than pods.

- The `kubectl debug` is able to create ephemeral containers in pre-1.22 clusters with the `EphemeralContainers` feature enabled. Note that versions of kubectl prior to 1.22 are unable to create ephemeral containers in clusters version 1.22 and greater due to an API change. - Headless Services with no selector which were created without dual-stack enabled will be defaulted to RequireDualStack instead of PreferDualStack.   - A namespaced object with an ownerReference referencing a uid of a namespaced kind which does not exist in the same namespace is now consistently treated as though that owner does not exist, and the child object is deleted.
