The number of map elements is called its length.
For a map <code>m</code>, it can be discovered using the
built-in function <a href="#Length_and_capacity"><code>len</code></a>
and may change during execution. Elements may be added during execution
using <a href="#Assignment_statements">assignments</a> and retrieved with
<a href="#Index_expressions">index expressions</a>; they may be removed with the

    - `apiserver_flowcontrol_nominal_limit_seats`: Nominal number of execution seats configured for each priority level
    - `apiserver_flowcontrol_lower_limit_seats`: Configured lower bound on number of execution seats available to each priority level
    - `apiserver_flowcontrol_upper_limit_seats`: Configured upper bound on number of execution seats available to each priority level

  - **apiserver_flowcontrol_priority_level_seat_count_samples**: histograms of seats occupied by executing requests (both regular and final-delay phases included), broken down by priority_level; the observations are taken once per millisecond.
  - **apiserver_flowcontrol_priority_level_seat_count_watermarks**: histograms of high and low watermarks of number of seats occupied by executing requests (both regular and final-delay phases included), broken down by priority_level.

- Removed "endpoint-controller" and "workload-leader-election" FlowSchemas from the default APF configuration.
