#### CustomResourceDefinition OpenAPI Publishing

OpenAPI specs for native types have long been served at /openapi/v2, and they are consumed by a number of components, notably kubectl client-side validation, kubectl explain and OpenAPI based client generators.

"ephemeral-storage" so that this resource can be allocated, limited, and consumed as the same way as CPU/memory. All the features related to resource management (resource request/limit, quota, limitrange) are available for local ephemeral storage.
