<h4>Elision of element types</h4>

<p>
Within a composite literal of array, slice, or map type <code>T</code>,
elements or map keys that are themselves composite literals may elide the respective
literal type if it is identical to the element or key type of <code>T</code>.
Similarly, elements or keys that are addresses of composite literals may elide
the <code>&amp;T</code> when the element or key type is <code>*T</code>.

  - Remove redundant logging around calculating node utilization
  - Add configurable `--network` and `--rm` flags for docker in `Makefile`
  - Subtract DaemonSet pods' requests from node allocatable in the denominator while computing node utilization
  - Include taints by condition when determining if a node is unready/still starting
  - Fix `update-vendor.sh` to work on OSX and zsh

  An example claim validation rule expression that matches the validation automatically
  applied when username.claim is set to 'email' is 'claims.?email_verified.orValue(true) == true'. 
  By explicitly comparing the value to true, we let type-checking see the result will be a boolean,
