* Default ClusterRole and ClusterRoleBinding objects are automatically updated at server start to add missing permissions and subjects (extra permissions and subjects are left in place). To prevent autoupdating a particular role or rolebinding, annotate it with `rbac.authorization.kubernetes.io/autoupdate=false`.
