debugging, similar to how `kubectl exec` runs a process in an existing container. Also like `kubectl exec`, no resources are reserved for ephemeral containers and they are not restarted when they exit. - kubeadm has graduated `kubeadm alpha phase` commands to `kubeadm init phase`. This means that the phases of creating a control-plane node are now tightly integrated as part of the `init` command.
