- A new kubelet command line option, `--reserved-cpus`, is introduced to explicitly define the CPU list that will be reserved for system. - Fixed occasional pod cgroup freeze when using cgroup v1 and systemd driver.

- Local Storage Capacity Isolation feature is GA in 1.25 release. For systems (rootless) that cannot check root file system, please use kubelet config --local-storage-capacity-isolation=false to disable this feature.
