A set of new rate limit configure options are introduced, including routeRateLimit, SubnetsRateLimit, InterfaceRateLimit, RouteTableRateLimit, LoadBalancerRateLimit, PublicIPAddressRateLimit, SecurityGroupRateLimit, VirtualMachineRateLimit, StorageAccountRateLimit, DiskRateLimit, SnapshotRateLimit, VirtualMachineScaleSetRateLimit and VirtualMachineSizeRateLimit.
