<h3 id="Exported_identifiers">Exported identifiers</h3>

<p>
An identifier may be <i>exported</i> to permit access to it from another package.
An identifier is exported if both:
</p>

	<li>the first character of the identifier's name is a Unicode uppercase
	letter (Unicode character category Lu); and</li>

* Kubelet will now set extended resource capacity to zero after it restarts. If the extended resource is exported by a device plugin, its capacity will change to a valid value after the device plugin re-connects with the Kubelet.
